I love going to Shelby @ Hair, Inc. in downtown Bakersfield. Her salon is small and intimate. You feel like you’re in your own private salon. Shelby always knows how to listen to your ideas and use her own expertise to give you a great cut & style every time. Very reasonable rates and minimal wait times for appointments.

Great hairdresser Rachel. Love her cuts and colors. Prices are affordable . Small size shop is nice. I don't feel rushed like at a big one. Like the feel of it. Oh, and Rachel is so nice.
